Hi, I’m new here. I’ve been feeling really overwhelmed and anxious after a difficult experience at work, relationships and health issues. I’m just looking for a supportive place to talk and get advice on how to cope and protect my mental health.

I uhh don’t exactly know where I go or exactly who to really talk to or find the right support so any help or advice form anyone would be greatly appreciated

It's hard to know where to go and what to do with our mental health as often getting started can be a challenge. I'm sure the community with have some insights to share with you and I will list a few things here to get you started on the Forums.
